Ok, FH thinks they are stupid, BFF thinks they are inappropriate for an afternoon wedding. (Like people are more likely to shed a tear at an evening wedding?), A wedding blogger I read says you are a narcissist if you think people care enough about you to cry at your wedding, and one bride on WW posted that nobody took them and they had a ton left over. I personally think they are a cute idea because I always cry at weddings-- and I have so much left over Vista Print crap that it kills me to toss it if I can possibly use it somewhere.

Please weigh in brides who had these at your weddings and what happened with them. Thanks a bunch!!! Sorry if this is somewhere else on the boards, but my search only brought up DIY posts, not anything about how they were received at the actual ceremonies.

My wedding is in June and I have made them. My wedding coordinator is going to put them on each guests chair before the ceremony. She said when they are in a basket people sometimes don't think to grab them.

If I do it---put the thread back on course--just for a minute, I promise--I will have my greeters hand them out to just the ladies--at the suggestion of FH

Crap! Marie, you have exposed me. Now I must stalk and kill you....and I guess everyone else who is reading this. My alter ego is Wet Blanket Girl. Sworn to suck the fun out of everything I come in contact with. All of my weddng guests will be vaccumed into a hideous vortex of boredom.

Well, Christy, if you give them Depends, the ones who don't need to wear them can use them for a tote bag for all of their swag.

OK ladies, I think you're good to go.

You've got one nose per guest covered.

You've got one a** per guest covered.

You've got three hands per guest covered.
