Online Invitations

Hi Kaylyn! If you are using the Online Invitation tool within your account, the email addresses will pull directly from the email address information in your Guest List tool. If you have any trouble with this tool, please reach out to us at support@weddingwire.com and we would be happy to help!

I am also having the same issue with online invitation. I send my invites last night and i have not been able to see the invitation on my email and when I try to add a new guest its not giving me the option to send online invite. On my guest list its still showing that its pending but my guest have not received the invites online. I would prefer to call from the IT department rather than text, thanks

The Online Invitation feature is currently disabled across all accounts. When the issue has been resolved, you will see it automatically re-enabled within your guest list tool!

Is the online invitation tool now available again? I began designing everything and now I cannot find it.

Where can I locate the online invitation tool?

Under your Guest List, in the Overview, you can choose to send an Online Invitation or Request RSVP. I have not tried these tools yet though. Happy planning!
