Online rsvp website?

Abbythebean, on April 21, 2021 at 8:12 PM Posted in Planning 0 10
Hi! I wanted to find a website/stationary company to send formal invites but not deal with the RSVP paper form. It would be cool if my guests could scan a QR code, take them to our website. I’m sure there’s an option but what do y’all recommend? Thank you in advance! Any info will be helpful.

Not everyone knows how to use a QR code. Some tech savvy people don’t know how to use them and technophobes regardless of age definitely won’t. Going to a website is easier. Are you looking for invite companies? Or a site just to rsvp? Zazzle.com sells individual pieces so you can order an invite only without extra inserts that are included in full sets. Guests can reply on rsvpify.com or withjoy.com that would be listed on a separate insert.

Hi, I am using WeddingWire as my wedding website to RSVP and ordered my invitations and RSVP cards online at Minted.com. There are a few wedding suites whose RSVP cards request your guests to RSVP online.

Our wedding website is through Zola and we love it! We're having our guests RSVP online through our website and our invitations are going to be ordered through Minted.

We had our guests RSVP online through our wedding website. We used The Knot. On our invitations, we simply printed our website link. It worked out perfectly.

I don’t suggest only doing online RSVP. If you have older guests a lot of them will not know how to do QR code’s. I used WeddingWire as a website and made a section for answering if they come or not and most went one the website like 3 times and then make a choice if that some went on blog and answered I’m like oh come on one section so I didn’t have to look on different parts (thankfully if they sent a message it came into email) so I made notes of who comes and who couldn’t. A lot of people never even bothered saying yes or no. So there’s that too

I created my own invites and I just used weddingwire for them to RSVP. I wish I did the QR code, it's such a good idea, but the older guests might not know this.

I figured. Most of our guest list seems to be in tune with latest technology- and many have used QR code’s now due to COVID since many restaurants/shops use them. Id have a card asking to rsvp by certain date and instructions. I agree with you going with a website- Zola, The Knot seem to be most loved.

I’m hoping they will now with restaurants and places using them more since COVID. They’re very popular now! I plan on also putting on the rsvp card instructions!
