If open bar is not an option, what are some of the best alternatives? Open Beer and Wine, plus liquor cash bar (although, wine is not cheaper than liquor at my venue) Signature drink, plus cash bar for all other drinks 2-3 drink tickets per guests, plus cash bar Thoughts?

We are buying the samething beers wines and having signature cocktails vodkas.And Champagne for us along with water and soft drinks. But we will are letting our catering ppl if they see anyone slammed or getting too close to turn them away.
