Opinion on Pumps vs Sandals

I'm having an outdoor June wedding I'm were sandals!

I forgot to mention! My wedding is outdoor too, which also makes me think of sandal shoes as a possibility =)

I LOVE open toed pumps - that's what I'm wearing, lol.

But no one will see your shoes, so wear what you like!

As long as you find sandals that won't flap or clop, they'll probably be easier outdoors.

We all wore tan/gold wedges, because the pumps sank into the ground and made us trip a little

I was a little worried about heels sinking into the ground... I figured I'd practice with some other heels on grass beforehand. I do homecoming court at the high school where I work, and I've seen too many terrible walks across the football field in sky high heels LOL

Get "solemates" they are little clear caps that go on your heals to stop you from sinking into the grass. i know they sell them at DB.

personally I just love open toe pumps. thats what i am getting

I think open toes pumps are really cute. Just make sure they fit you right. I know that if I wear peep toe pumps, the place where the opening hits my toes starts killing me after a couple of hours.

There's something cute about open toe pumps! But I would go with something comfortable.
