Opinions on these sneakers for the wedding?

If you are going to wear sneakers, I would choose something you could wear again. Do you see yourself ever wearing those again?

The lace doesn't dress up sneakers. They are what they are. Just choose a pair you would wear again.

I think you can get something like Toms for a lot cheaper, and you'd be more likely to use those again

I'm wearing a pair of converse for my reception, but honestly, I wouldn't spend $140 on them. Plus, I agree with pp, I'd want to be able to wear them again. Maybe just a plain blue Chuck? It's not like people will really see them anyways.

I am wearing converse for my ceremony and reception; however, I am just wearing an aqua blue color.

I love the lace, but I would not spend that much money at all on those shoes. I also am not sure if I would ever wear those particular converse again.

If you think you would wear them again and can afford the shoes go for it.

I actually adore them. Most of the comments seem concerned on price and whether or not you'll wear them again - those are personal concerns. If you're just asking aesthetics, I think they're super cute.

No. I don't really even think they're that cute, frankly.

Get a pair of white Cons, lace them up with glitter ribbon and call it a day. No one will see them anyway

I don't think you HAVE to buy shoes you're going to wear again. I probably will never wear my wedding shoes a day in my life afterwards. That is a matter of opinion.

With that said, I am not crazy about these. I love the lace, but I don't like the color. However, if this is what YOU want, you should get them.

I love them! I wore plain teal converse with silver ribbon laces myself. I do not regret it at all. My husband even wore a pair of black converse I live in converse and after a major surgery years ago most other shoes hurt my feet. I didn't want to attempt to wear heels and be miserable all day.

I actually really like them! I'd like them more if the laces were regular laces and not ribbon but I think they're cute.

IMHO I don't love them. I think they are too busy and I am not sure if it will match with a wedding dress. A bit high price also as other PP mentioned. But if you love them rock them!

To be honest, I think they're.. the opposite of pretty.

I'm not a fan of sneakers for weddings. I think they look ridiculous with a formal dress to be honest. But I'm really really not a sneaker person. I would think a nice pair of flats or sandals would not only be less expensive but much cuter

Thank you for your help and advice. I'm honestly not completely sold on the idea of wearing sneakers at my wedding, I never really pictured myself doing it. I feel like the idea is at the forefront of my mind though thinking about comfort for the day and my inability to find a pair of flats I've fallen in love with. I do agree that $143 is expensive for sneakers, I'll probably keep looking for something else. Was just curious what others thought!

I'm wearing sandals with my dress that have pearls and rhine stones on them. I got them for like $20 on amazon. I personally think sneakers are tacky to wear with a wedding dress and I especially am not crazy about these. I think you can find something nicer and cheaper. Even flats would be good!

I love converse! I am wearing the white ones for my wedding. Having said that, I don't like these at all I am sorry, but if you do and want to spend that much money on them, then I say go for it!
