Opinions Wanted: Sola Wood Flowers

Kylee, on June 9, 2022 at 12:44 PM Posted in Style and Décor 1 6
Hi everyone! I'm thinking about getting Sola Wood flowers for my bouquet and the bridesmaids' bouquets to save money on florals. Has anyone tried these before? Did you get them pre-made, or did you dye them yourself? What company did you go through? Would you recommend it? Thanks in advance!

I tried these a couple years ago. I quickly learned that I am not skilled in putting together bouquets, lol! I bought ones that weren't dyed, and I tried to dye them myself. If you're crafty, these are fun to work with! You could always buy a small pack of them and try to work with them, and see what you think.

I'm doing wood flowers, but can't take all the credit as my mom has done ALOT.

She purchased them directly from Sola's website, and hand dyed them all herself, and then we went and created concept bouquets and now my brides maids and I are going over in a few weeks to put he rest of them together.

We are also using them for the moms corsage's and guy's bouitneers!

I think hand dying them and waiting for them to dry is the longest part of the process, but they do sell already dyed ones!

We are using Sola for all flowers (bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres) and we bought them premade on etsy, from Rustic Sweethearts. I would recommend ordering well in advance if you go that route. I ordered in January, and they did not arrive until end of April. They look stunning though!

I have Sola Wood Flowers for my wedding. I purchased everything, but my sister is dying and putting everything together. I’m a trucker so I’m not home enough to do crafty things. My sister loves doing it. You can order them already dyed on their website as well. I’ve also seen lovely bouquets on Etsy.
