I got my dress there!!! I love my dress and it was $350 on sale. Seriously loved it. And was happy with the selection in plus sizes. I also used them for my bridal party.

I didn't have a good experience. I felt like the salesperson was unprofessional and left me to shop and get dressed alone. The dresses were also not reasonable and the selection was small.

I personally didn't enjoy my experience with them as a bridesmaid. However, the bride got her dress there and it was beautiful! She didn't mention any problems and it was a great price. I ordered a dress in a zero and took it somewhere else to be altered. The alterations were a pain, because DB leaves NO extra fabric at all in the dress to be let out and they don't sell just the fabric at all. I was worried the alterations shop wouldn't be able to let it out, so I called DB and asked the girl on the phone if they had any dresses in a size 2 in Quartz. She immediately responded "we absolutely do!" so I left work early, and drove 30 minutes to the nearest one. I walked in and was basically forced to write down my email (I get around 1 email per day, so I've unsubscribed from their list) and walked over to the dresses. They didn't have even 1 dress in Quartz in a 0, 2, or any size up to a 5 which obviously wouldn't fit me. I was super annoyed the girl lied on the phone, just to get me in the store.

I'm not a fan of David's Bridal. I feel like they do not have your best interest at heart. I personally feel that you should look into privately owned mom and pop bridal boutiques. A lot of mom and pop bridal shops include alterations and also some will even give you discounts on bridesmaid dresses.

I'm not wild about DB. Because they're so huge it seems like everyone's dress is from there if the wedding doesn't have a huge budget.

Today we had the pleasure of going to the Capital Commons location and our stylist Sandi was simply AMAZING. She was so patient and made my daughter feel like an absolute princess. I can't say enough about the time she took with her. By the time she said YES to the dress our stylist was FAMILY. I love how all the staff is so supportive of each other. I noticed that during the times my daughter was changing dresses although they were super busy they all seemed to help each other. A Special Thank you to our "SANDI S" for being there for us.

Had a terrible experience in stores both in Ohio and Kentucky. Left in tears! Rude staff, no assistance, even after I ordered a MOB dress!

They literally over charged me for my hair accessory. It was $150 and it's looks like something that costs $5 off wish.

Sure. I think Davids will have a tough time establishing any level of consistency and value with their stores after the bankruptcy. That's pretty drastic to see that difference between the amount you paid and the apparent cheap quality you noticed.
