As you may know, it can be difficult to find a venue that allows you to allow external caterers due to liability concerns. They want you to use either there caterer and pick off a list of approved caterers.

What I would recommend is you working backwards by finding a caterer/food truck(s) you want to work with, or speaking with any you’ve already chosen and ask them what venues they have worked at before! This would be great way for finding venues that you know allow external caterers/food truck(s) and that they are familiar with!

We are wanting a larger guest list so we are thinking we are going to need multiple food trucks to pump out the food.
I’ve reached out the Ruby’s Diner, Hot Dog on a Stick and am going to contact TK Burgers today. I’m also open to Taqueria de Anda, Garcia Shack or Dragon Dogs.
There’s a family connection on my fiancé’s side to Ruby SO we really like the idea of having Ruby’s.

Newland Barn in Huntington Beach allows outside catering. I read a post sometime back where the newlyweds had the In N Out truck cater their wedding!

Off the top of my head, the French Estate in Orange allows food trucks. They’re also very affordable!
