I go to OTF excellent workout and I can say that I've noticed my body change (build muscle and tone) but I can't say that I've actually lost weight doing it.

Everyone I know who does it loves it! A lot of them used to do the beach body videos, went to OT, and never looked back at beach body!

I took advantage of a free trial offer. See if your local studio will give you a free trial class! Honestly, it was a good workout, but I thought it was too expensive and not necessarily a better workout than the classes offered at my regular gym (which I pay $25/month to use).

I'm going to try out one of their free classes. I know a few people who have done it and loved it.

Yes, I used to go regularly when I first got engaged but unfortunately my budget wasn't large enough to keep my monthly membership. That being said, it only really makes sense to get the monthly membership vs buying classes in packs. I believe monthly unlimited classes is around $150 a month. If I could afford it, I would pay it. It's an awesome, full body, intense, different workout each and every time. I lost about 25 pounds in 3 months using it along with healthy eating. If you don't eat healthy, you're probably not going to really lose weight. My friend actually got me to go but she lost about 60 pounds doing it for about a year before her wedding up until her big day.

I haven't done OTF but a lot of my friends LOVE it. From what I gather though, be prepared to really sweat and get your butt kicked. I know a lot of hardcore runners and swimmers who use it to supplement their regular workouts. Go and try a class! I know you can try your first one free!

I've lost 12 lbs in 2 months between OT and better eating habits. I have improved my rowing watts and strokes, I ran a full mile for the first time in years, and lifting weights is A LOT less confusing.

At regular gyms I get bored and confused with too many options but OT has a workout laid out for you and it's always tough. I cannot say enough good things.

It is expensive but this is the first time in 3 years I've seen the scale move.

I am a member but keep falling off the wagon. It is a great workout, but it isn't for the weak. I got 25+ lbs to lose by November...I need to get my ass back there right after Spring Break this coming Monday.

I have been an OTF member for two years now... I hated working out before this! This is the only workout I give my all, and keep motivated to keep attending class after class.
