Not good stuff! They are a china HQ brand that is apart of that influx of Chinese retailers making really cute websites advertising clothes and basically making a cheaper/lower quality version of them. I ordered swatches of fabric from them before I knew and they were never delivered. I had to jump through a TON of hoops to get reimbursed from them (only answer emails at 4am due to time difference, wouldn’t answer for weeks at a time). Check our their trust pilot website. It used to be lower, but I think they caught on and have been pumping it full of positive reviews. I used to comment this on their Facebook posts and they blocked me from commenting haha.

If youre looking for affordable BM dresses, check out Azazie. Most are around $115 at the most. That’s where mine are from and they’re gorgeous!

Thank you! Azazie was also a consideration but I'm glad someone had first hand experience

Hi Katie! I haven't personally ordered from here, but judging from the reviews I have read, it doesn't look too good. There were some positive ones but the negative ones seem to outweigh them! I would recommend Azazie or Lulus, they have such cute dresses that are pretty reasonably priced!

I know this is from forever ago but just in case anyone tries to read these I'll share my experience.
This company is the biggest scam I have ever delt with. All three dresses ordered came in the wrong size and the craftsmanship is horrible. The cups are in a really weird spot on all the dresses and the color is so far away from the color Swatch they sent.
Now the company is basically refusing to give me my money back. It has been 3 weeks of arguing and of course, they are a Chinese company so you can only contact via email and they only reply at night. Horrible experience

Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened to you! T-T We ended up going through David's Bridal. It was about the same that I was willing to have them spend comfortably

Echoing that they’re still awful. I ordered a single custom color swatch and two free swatch kits. They emailed asking me to PayPal them $7 more because you’re not supposed to order a paid single swatch with a free kit...sure. Swatches arrived and they sent white instead of the custom color I paid for. Meanwhile emailed nonstop to see if my order had arrived and if I wanted to place an order. Will definitely NOT be using them!

I am really sorry to hear you're experiences. I love Tulle and Chantilly. I have had wonderful communications with them. My swatches and dresses were all delivered on time.

My friend went through Tulle and Chantilly for her bridesmaid dresses and they came out beautifully. I just got the bridesmaid dresses in for my own wedding and they are beautiful..I am so happy. I think they are a wonderful cheaper alternative compared to a Davids Bridal bridesmaid dress I got before that was much more expensive and looked much cheaper.

I will say though that very small easy fixes were noticed on my Tulle and Chantilly dresses. The slit is too high but that is a very easy stitch, the off the shoulder straps do not 'stay' off the shoulder...again same thing, and the hem is a little long...all of these things are a quick 16 buck fix at a seamstress. I will take all that for a total of 136 over a 200+ gown I will never look at again any day!
