Organizing Rubbermaid for wedding stuff

I would label them based on exactly what you are storing in them. Unless you are doing a lot of DIY, I’m not sure this would be a big problem.

I still have my decor in their mailing boxes, but plan to switch over soon to clear plastic bins. I’m labeling where they are going - Ceremony, Cocktail Tables, Cards & Gifts Table, Reception Tables, Head Table, etc.

I think labelling them with where they're going like Samantha says sounds like an excellent idea.

I've just been using a variety of cardboard boxes for all our stuff which are kept in our spare room, but there are things that need to go to the venue the day before, things that need to go to either my or my fiance's accommodation with us, and within that, things that are for me vs my bridesmaids, etc. I considered getting some plastic boxes, but the cardboard boxes have served us pretty well so far!

Cardboard vs Rubbermaid is personal preference. Label each box or bin so you know what the contents are and where they go so there’s no guess work.

I am labeling each tote with a number and whats in it and everyone in the wedding party will get a list of what is in each tote so its easy for anyone who needs to find something to find it

Ours our organized as "Ceremony" and "Reception" then with a list under it stating what is in each one. I got label stickers as I want to be able to reuse the totes after I unload all the wedding stuff.
