Met on POF 2 years ago. I ended a toxic relationship a couple months the prior, went on a 3 week vacation with my family and fi ally felt refreshed enough to get back in the game. Downloaded POF (decided no more tinder dates) and FH was one of messages I received while driving back from Colorado. I had dates lined up Monday through Friday the next week and he was Friday (I know, sounds terrible, but they were all dates to just meet that person). After Friday's date I told all the other guys I was no longer interested, deleted the app, and fell head over heels for FH.

I met my FH at the strip club I was a dancer and he was a gentlemen and here we are 10 years later. I’m a nurse now 🥰

My aunt worked with him and texted me that he saw me on her FB and wanted to meet me. He says my aunt told him to look me up on FB. Either way, we started texting for a few days and then he left to go to his sisters wedding in TX. He told me he wouldn’t be able to talk until he got back, but he texted me throughout the whole trip. He got back late at night and the next day he brought me lunch at work. Later, his family told me they were teasing him the whole time because he was glued to his phone. Six and a half years later, here we are.
