Outside Ceremony Decorations

Our aisle will be lined up with shepard hooks with lanterns filled with baby breath hanging from them. A wagon with flowers and a some signs! 😊

I haven’t planned everything out yet with mine but I do know I won’t be using a runner because of the possibility of wind. I will be making my aisle known by chairs and using real flower petals.

I am actually going fairly simple. I plan to have rose pedals down the aisle and the arbor already has live greenery grown around it. The chairs are white and wood, so I will not be adding anything to them. My thoughts are less is more, work with the natural beauty of the venue and save money!

I'm only doing an arch! I wanted the venue for it's amazing view of the ocean and there's nothing that can beat that anyway.

Our ceremony will be outside. We will be tying tulle on the chairs that line the aisle. And then our arch we have some flowers to put up and draping long tulle on it. We have small columns that will have a flowerpot on it in the beginning when you enter, as well.

I'm buying a pack of white flower petals for the flower girl and we are using the extra petals in the pack to line the aisle like this:

We are not using a runner because it might be windy and I already know I'll trip over it. We are also getting married under a tree, so we are using drapery to decorate. I would suggest drapery for your arch because it's simple and still looks beautiful! Also, it's cheaper! Our venue has pews, so we won't be decorating those.

My venue sounds very similar to yours! Pinterest has tons of great ideas. I'm having simple floral aisle markers on every other aisle and a 3 piece floral garland for the arbor. I decided not to drape the arbor but I've seen lots of beautiful pictures of draped arbors! No runner because knowing me I'd trip on it and fall on my face.
