Over or Under: 13 Month Engagement?

Doing the same thing kind of. We want to buy a home next year or the year we get married.

Ours will be just shy of 2 years (23 months). We got engaged at the end of winter and really wanted a winter wedding but wanted more time to save money so we could afford the wedding of our dreams.

We have a 2 year engagement! I would prefer not to but it actually works out! We have time to save for our day. The reason we chose our date is because it it’s already our anniversary so the day we get married will mark 5years from the day he told me he loved me ☺️

17 ish months for us! It wasn't the first choice, but for budget and timing it's what worked best!

Under- a little under 6 months.. I hate to prolong stress, and I knew planning a wedding would be stressful!

Over. We are having a 27 month engagement because we just bought a house so we wanted to give ourselves time to save up for our dream wedding! We're down to 18 months though! yay !

Waaay over lol 27 months total! We decide to take our time which turned out to be the right decision. We're getting right around the 12 month mark right now.

Just over - 14 months

Over but barely, we will have had about a 15 month engagement.

5 months. We are in school and got most of the planning done before school started this fall, and even have most everything done already, and we're just over 100 days out now.

Over, we got engaged February 15, 2018 and we're getting married June 15, 2019. So 16 months.

Over! We had a 16 month engagement, we had a slow start on the wedding planning

Under. 6 months. We already live together so didn’t see the point of a long engagement.

I look all the time, but we won't be able to purchase until the spring since we have some small projects to do before we sell his current house.

3 years!! I've been engaged for a year now (engaged 2017) and we will be getting married in 2020. Too much life happening to really hard core plan a wedding so giving ourselves enough time to plan and save has made me pretty stress free and enjoy the planning process.

Over, a year and half in the making.
