Over or Under: Average Time Spent Wedding Planning?

I'd like to say under, but it's likely over!! I probably spend about 10 hours a week, although some of it isn't technically "planning" but looking at tons of stuff on Pinterest and wedding websites!

In the beginning it was about 5 hours a week. Now that all the contracts are signed and I have an event coordinator it is less than 2 hours a week. Glory!

2 months before I went insane and budget to Elope! We've kept our sanity and been in bliss ever since.

Previously though I'd spend most of my time planning. I'd try to take a break and someone would ask me something and it would make me want to pull my hair out.

148 days till my wedding

Over over over!!! I spent probably 2-4 hours a DAY wedding planning but hey. I’m three weeks into engagement and we have our venue, caterer, cake, florist, photographer, colors, wedding party, officiant, special songs, and centerpieces done! Also have the date for our engagement shoot and engagement party set. Now we can sit back and relax as his parents are getting the dj for us and we’re waiting on our engagement photos for the STDs and the hotel can’t give us blocks yet because we need to be 10-12 months out and we’re 13

Over! Spend so much time looking at stuff online everyday.

I would say that 2 hours a week is accurate. We get together once a week and just sit down and make calls and decisions. It has really kept the experience stress free.

Over 2 hours. Especially as it is getting closer. Have to dot the i's and cross the t's.

Kelley, I do plan a little at work. I'll use my lunch break if there is something I want to look up or buy.
