We met when he was 3 and I was 5 in 1986. We stayed friends all those years and finally saw past the friendship to forever in May 2011. We married in September 2013. Our renewal date in next September.

We've been dating 5 years!! We've lived today for most of that and have 2 adorable dogs. So at least we know we can live with each other and manage 2 little munchkins lol

Over 5 yrs before proposal was 3 1/2 our is May 18th

4 years and 2 months when he popped the question

It was under. It was 7 months. In our defense we dated when I was 15 and he was 20, and we connected on Facebook as friends for a few years before we started dating again.

Over. Got engaged after dating for 5 years and it will be 6 by the time we get married

We have been together three years, he proposed a month after we had hit the 3 yr mark.

We dated for 3.5 years

Over! We had been together 4 years and about 3 months when he proposed.

View Quoted Comment One of my favorite places is the coast, we went to a look out called cape foul weather(it is located in otterrock oregon),
Well we were lookin out and i seen spouts of water shooting up. Which means whales!
I was so excited for the whales i paid him little attention, i was so busy ordering this whale to jump so could tell identify the species that i hadnt noticed he was trying to get my hand he was trying to grab my hand the whole time, well i turned to him and spoke these words which will forever be etched into my tombstone "you really want my hand dont you?" He replied yes i do slipped the ring into my hand and got on one knee..
Down below in this cove area one of the whales had come in so i got to see it after he finished the proposal...

Six years! The date is set for our 8th anniversary. We started dating as kids, I was only 14, and he proposed last week for my 21st birthday!
