Overweight Brides *dress shopping*

I would call ahead ad well. But I wouldn't let not having a dress in your size keep you from looking at everything they can get in your size. I bought a dress at DB, and it was really settling because they didn't have anything that was exactly what I had my heart set on. Then I realized after I left the the lady only showed me things that they had in my size in the store that particular day. I looked online later and was heartbroken because they had an amazing dress I loved that came in my size and I was really upset they didn't even show it to me. They ended up letting me return it and I got the dress of my dreams, just beware I don't want anyone else to go through this!

Thanks ladies! Well after reading bombshell bridals reviews and checking them out, I have decided they are going to be the first option. They are two hours away from where I'm at but it will be worth it! If I don't find something there which I have a strong feeling I will find my dress there! I will be calling around to other shops! I got this now and am actually feeling excited!!

Alfred Angelo has a nice selection of samples in larger sizes, and all of their dresses can be ordered larger as well. Yes, DB also has a good selection of samples in larger sizes....

If you look at the website for savannah bridal mart, they have several vendors that cater to plus size women. I had that exact same issue. Finding the right gown for me and at a decent price. Also, I looked at Mary's Bridal and Forever Yours online to get ideas of what I wanted. Good luck!
