We were in the same boat, so ended up booking our honeymoon in South Beach (Miami), FL. The place we found had a penthouse suite with jacuzzi on the balcony and had options on viewing the ocean or the city, plus all the entrances are private, so not coming up through a big, busy hotel lobby 😉

What’s the budget? What do you guys like to do?

Are you looking for warmer weather in winter or do you want to do cold weather activities? I have tons of suggestions for cold weather places.

Lake Tahoe if you’re going end of 2021/beginning of 2022

If you’re wanting to escape the cold for winter, I’d go South (Florida Keys, New Orleans, Savannah, California). If you’re wanting to embrace the winter, the north east is beautiful (New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut).

We’re still trying to decide too but are thinking Savannah or Florida keys. Anyone know what fun things you can do in Savannah?? We’d be very close to Hilton Head & Tybee Beach.
