Parent gifts

Hi brides! My fiancé and I are paying for the majority of our wedding, but since we are not having a rehearsal dinner (private ceremony just us two, no need for rehearsal), my fiancé’s parents chipped in $2,000 toward the celebration. My mom paid for my $1,300 dress and my glamour stuff (makeup, hair, etc). My dad is not involved. Since we are technically “hosting” our own wedding but have had help from our parents in other ways, I want to get them something *~inexpensive~* but sweet and creative. Any ideas? What are some original ideas that have been big hits for you guys?

    I gave my dad a special travel mug that said something about being father of the bride. He uses travel mugs for work every day. I also gave my dad special socks to wear the day of the wedding. I gave my mom a collage I made on Shutterfly. My husband gave his mom a framed photo of the two of us standing into of a tree she planted in honor of her father. My husband gave his dad a photo book of photos from a trip my husband, his brother and their dad took to Alaska.
