Parents are often not given gifts. But those who are generally are given an album of wedding pictures after photographer prints them.

I purchased a print off Etsy for my parents that can be customized to look like the back of you and your parents in your wedding attire (outfits, skin, hair, accessories are all customized). Another idea I like is a 2-part frame where you have a picture of you with your parents as a baby/kid and leave the other side open for a wedding photo.

So I don't have many recommendations for dads because both of ours are EXTREMELY hard to buy for, but we got the moms earrings with their birthstone. My mom and I have the same birthday, so for us it's a very sentimental thing as we've always been able to share our sapphires (and the earrings I got for her are gorgeous so she better let me borrow them sometime lol). My FH's mom's birthstone is pearl, which suits her very well. Both of our mothers wear jewelry normally, so this was easy for us. But try to think of things your parents enjoy individually and go with that.
