Hi Everyone!
I’m struggling and would love some opinions/advice. We are having a very Intimate wedding with 40 of our closest family and friends. We are getting married August 15, 2023! Our venue has an inside reception area and outdoor patio we are having the dinner inside and already have the floor plan set out. Inside will be a place to cool off, eat, drink, and chat. The patio will be where the DJ, Bar, and dancing will be. That being said I’m struggling to figure out seating arrangements for the important dances. Should I have cocktail tables with bar stools or our standard round reception tables for everyone to sit at? Thank you guys so much in advance sorry for such a long read 😂

Hm, if your food is being served inside, then make sure inside is where you have seating and more traditional reception tables (with that small of a group, you could look at rectangular, family style seating!). If outside is only bar and dancing, then you should be fine with cocktail tables outside so people can set down snacks or drinks while they watch the dances!
