Peeing in front of each other

Asked, no he never specifically asked to watch me pee. I pee in front of him all the time though, and he in front of me. Our bathroom "privacy" went out the window years ago. Probably 1 ish month after moving in together. It started just because we were living in a one bedroom house and he really needed to pee and was waiting for me, then we started talking through the door, eventually I just opened the door so I could hear what he was saying. Nowadays, he will have to go to the bathroom after the kids go to bed and he will look at me and say "I need to go pee, you wanna come talk to me?". If you're comfortable with it, go for it, if you aren't there really isn't any pressure to. It's just sitting down to pee so if you don't want him to see it, he will live lol.

This is so funny to me because Nathan and I joke all the time that our relationship "isn't at that level yet" (we've been together over 10 years and lived together for most of the last 5). I think it's okay to want to maintain your privacy, but also okay to realize that it's just something we all do and go for it (it's not like he's going to see much. you're just sitting down).

I pee with the door open all the time. Sometimes to talk to him and other times just because of habit. I've showered while he pees. I dont think it's weird, but everyone is different, so if you dont feel comfortable, then you dont, and nothing's wrong with that.

Brandon and I are private about it because we have little kids still. The twins like to walk in the bathroom when their Dad is in there so we just wait for now. Ha ha.

well I’ve definitely never been asked that by anyone...

we maintained privacy for 10+ years until we had the brilliant idea to get an rv and travel...

i dont remember exact circumstances but essentially mojo never approved of me having privacy so his answer to the bathroom being too small for everyone was to remove its door... he was like 14 and has never damaged anything else then or since but apparently took the bathroom door as a personal affront

needless to say it was strange the first time Glenn came home while I was peeing...

i eventually got over it

Now I consider it an introduction to parenting...

consider it toddler training because you’ll really lose any semblances of privacy once you have a 1-3 year old...

My fiancé will pee in front of me (it took him longer to be comfortable with that than me haha) but he refuses to poop with the door open even after 6 years together, in fact he always locks it! 🤣 As for me, I don’t care if he sees me and haven’t for a long time lol.

Lol! This is great! Yes, he sees me pee. But he's never asked to watch!
