Hello! We're planning a destination wedding next May in Pensacola Beach, FL but starting with a blank canvas here! We prefer to be married on the beach and have tossed around the idea of having a pig roast on the beach for our reception. Would love suggestions on anything you have : event planners, beach location, reception venues (definitely not limited to pig roast), etc.

There is no need to worry about you starting from scratch with your wedding planning! Most couples are very new to this so you’ve come to the right place!!
The first thing I would suggest you and your SO discuss is your budget. You should decide on your maximum amount that you wish to spend on your wedding and divide this budget up into how it will most likely be spent. This sounds a bit daunting now, but when you are trying to book different vendors it will really help to know the max you can afford to spend! You could check out the WeddingWire Budget Tracker tool for some help with this if you wish!
Have you had a chance to check out the vendor search? I’ve linked you here to Florida Beach Wedding Venues but you can change your filters around to search for any type of venue.
