Peoria wedding help

Hey I recently got engaged and we've started looking for venues for either strictly ceremony or reception or a mix of the two. But am having trouble finding places that won't max out most of our budget with their food minimums. We want to stay under 10k if possible with maybe 50 guests. And our date is 10/31/2020. Yes I know it's Halloween but we picked the date because we got together on 10/25 a year later we got engaged on 10/28, a year and 3 days later is well Halloween. Would anyone have ideas for decent venues that is not a church (were both religious but follow different tradition and church would be a hard sell). Thanks!
