Personalized Denim Jacket

Although I completely understand the desire to have some cute personalised things, from personal experience, I feel like you mightn't get it in time, and if you already know you wouldn't wear it again, then there might be no point. If you were to wear it again, I think my opinion would be different. But in the abstract - I get it! I bought a wrap and had my new initials embroidered on it, so I totally get the urge!

I guess as well nowadays, there are a whole lot of things to think about in terms of potential risks of wearing your last name for the world to see, but I don't know... that might be being a bit paranoid.

How about one that says Just Married? Then you could sell it afterwards!

Honestly, I feel like denim jackets are having a moment (a cute moment, but a moment nonetheless), but that in a few years you'd look at the photos and ask why you did that - because it will look dated - but that's just me. Aside from that, if you wouldn't wear it again, then why spend the money. Additionally, I agree with Rosie about the advisability of wearing your last name.
