Petite brides, are you having small bouquets?

I am 5'4 (but I pretend to be 5'5 on a good day) and I will be carrying a bouquet of yellow roses. It will look exactly like the picture except the flowers will be yellow.

I'll be carrying a small bouquet too. My florist suggested 10 or 12 (I forget the number we agreed on). I'm tiny so she said a big bouquet would be too much for such a small woman lol. I'll be carrying 10 (I think) white roses with pink tips mixed with 3 mini pink gerbera daisies.

Not sure what I'm carrying, but it will be smaller - maybe between 8-10". This is my inspiration:

I'm 5'4 and thin (so not super petite). I went to my florist on Friday and she showed me a sample bouquet that was the same price as my bouquet. She literally laughed at me when I was holding it because you couldn't see me. It covered the entire width of my body and it weighed a ton. We agreed to scale it back a little bit, which worked out because it's saving me $50. My bouquet will be roses, anemones, ranunculus, silver brunia and dusty miller.

No way, the bigger the better! I'm 5'2" and will be carrying this 10 pound monster. It measure's 10" in diameter!

I'm 5'0" (jealous of all the other heights on this post, haha), and I made my own bouquets. Mine is 8" at the base, and my bridesmaids' are 6" at the base. I think the 8" base is big enough to be noticeable, but not so large that it's overwhelming.

5'0 is not bad at all, I'm too inches taller then you but would take being my height over being tall any day!

Where are you holding the bouquet? Don't forget David Tutera's advice: pubes not boobs. It may be covering a lot of your dress because you're holding it too high??

I'm 5'2" and petite and I'm still going to have a medium sized bouquet. Mostly because my dress is like GIGANTIC. Ok, maybe it's not but it IS a ballgown, so people can still see me. The detailing is on the sides and back anyways, so it's ok for my waist area to be covered up. I can imagine with a mermaid style that a smaller bouquet might be a good idea, though!

I feel so tall! I'm not quite 5'4" and have chosen a thinner cascade so it doesn't overwhelm me, but hope the length of it will offset so it doesn't look like something's missing! @kims that was my color inspiration'

I am 5'. Mine was small/medium sized I would say. I had a minor meltdown the day before the wedding (I hated the flowers) so the florist redid the bouquets and changed things up a little. It probably made my bouquet a bit smaller, but I liked it SOO much more.
