Phone app issue

My phone planning app does not match the online full site app. I can only see the correct info when I log on myblaptop? Is there a way to get them in sink?

    You will probably need to contact the company of resetting both devices doesn’t work

    Hi Kim! It sounds like you may have created two separate accounts that you're logged into. On both your app and your laptop, take a look at what email you've used to create your account!

    You can check this under: User Settings

    On your phone: open the WeddingWire planning app, click on your picture in the top right corner of the screen, then click on Settings in the drop-down menu.

    Once you've identified the account with your correct info, you can log-out on your app and log back in to the right account!
