Phone number for WeddingWire support?

Hello,

I need assistance with my website asap please. When my guests are on the RSVP page, they are able to see every other guest that have been invited. They should only be able to see their name on the search result rather than the entire guest list. I would like to fix it asap please. I sent an email last night but have not heard from anyone.

Same here as everyone else... how frustrating! Maybe we should all get together and flood the bbb with honest reviews of weddingwire before other people waste their money here! I heard from a ton of people that The Knot is much better, I'm making the switch.

Does anyone know how i can get a hold of someone to get help with the wedding website and online rsvp's?? I can't find a phone number anywhere and no one will answer me through the support e-mail I have sent?

Shame on you for not having any way to get ahold of someone...my daughter’s wedding was RUINED by our Dj’s cancelation,.. people should know that FRANK YOUNG ID A DECIETFUL DJ...canceling 30 days out.... via email.. took FOREVER TO REFUND....WE ALL KNOW HE GOT A GIG MAKING MORE MONEY.... Omg. So I called wedding wire on 5/22/19 & 5/28/19 to cancel reservations. They said we can't abs would get back to us within 72 hours. Still haven't heard from you. Today I called wedding wire, no answer. So I called the hotel and our reservations were canceled. weddingwire canceled our reservations, never called us back to tell us or anything. I can't get ahold of weddingwire. It just puts me on hold and then tells me to leave a voicemail. And I didn't get a refund for the $500? This is b.s. I think if I don't get a refund, I should get a call to bye sure I want to cancel before I'm out the $500!! I called the hotel and there's nothing they can do because it was made through wedding wire. I want a refund or my reservations back!!! Looking for a phone number!!

Hi Breanna! I believe that you are referring to the Hotel Blocks feature within your account, is that correct? If so, that feature is solely powered by HotelPlanner as no reservations are made through WeddingWire. You can find the contact information for HotelPlanner here .
