Photo anxiety

I think (if you’ll allow me) that your anxiety is coming from having been 80 lbs heavier. There was an rápido de of SYTTD (not a great resource, but this makes sense) where a bride lost about 100 lbs and had an amazing figure and she couldn’t see it cuz she still saw her body the way it was before the weight loss. I’m sorry you’re having anxiety, that’s never easy to deal with. Take some time to remember that you’ll look amazing and do some mindfulness and remember that it’s not your size or figure that will shine through your pictures, it’s YOU.

No the camera doesn't add 10 pounds. Posing badly and wearing poorly chosen clothes adds 10+ pounds. Choosing a dress/outfit that is styled in a way that flatters your figure and is fitted properly makes a huge difference, as does angling your body in the most flattering ways. Good posture and a beaming genuine smile make a huge difference too!

You’ll look great girl!! Don’t stress about it and remember we’re our own worst critics. There’s a specific pose that our photographer had us do and every time I see those shots, I feel so bad about myself because my arm looks HUGE. That being said, this is only one of the many poses we did so there are a ton of winners too. Don’t focus on the bad. There will be some you hate but also some you absolutely LOVE❤️
