Photo booth? Yes or no?

I really want to get a photo booth, and I'm trying to convince my fiance that its worth it. We're on a fairly tight budget, but I feel like it will make out daytime wedding.more fun. Anyone have photo booth experiences (as host or guest) that you'd like to share?

Photo Booths adds that element of FUN to your wedding. My wife and I knew we wanted one early on in our planning and we hired one with our DJ - so it was discounted somewhat - $650/4 hrs in S. FL. It was amazing to see our guests cut up and laughing, smiling and having a great time - even those that you don't expect to be in there - yep, they are in there too.

We also knew we wanted to give our guests a frame as a favor for the strips but that was the hard part. NOTHING in the US buy acrylics to be found till we found a company overseas. We purchased the frame and used it as our table seating decoration and not one was left behind including the two on or SH table - gone.

Luckily, we decided to represent this overseas company and now we can offer these frames and albums to Brides at a more reasonable price than we paid. See picture below of our actual frame from the wedding.

We are having a photobooth and we can't WAIT! They are so much fun! Ours will be positioned right off the dance floor, so it will be easy for people to step in there when they need a break from dancing, and then hop right back onto the dance floor. It was an add-on with our photography package for only $299, which was too good of a deal to pass up.

You can always negotiated the price. We got price quotes for a cheaper one, told our DJ, and he ended up matching the price even though it took his down by 3-4 hundred.

I like them, personally. It gives the older crowd something to do. We went to a wedding in Baltimore and it was my mother, sister, aunts and grandma. We all enjoyed the photobooth. But be sure to mention it! Hers was in the hallway (they were in a hotel) so we had no idea it was there until we passed it going to the bathroom later in the night. I think the scrapbook is awesome. You get the "fun" guest book quotes and not the proper ones in the formal guest book. Plus, if you are only having one photographer, you can have much more fun guest book with goofy photos. That one wedding we went to in Baltimore, I still have the photo strip up and it's been 4 years today. I even have some on my fridge right now that were from bridal shows. They even made the bridal shows bearable! Lol.

So I say yes if it is in your budget. But don't break the bank for it. It's not an extremely important part of the night. Just a fun added bonus.

Hi, I’m interested in these frames for my daughter’s wedding. How do you order them? Thanks!
