Photobooth guestbook?

Ella, on February 16, 2013 at 8:56 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 13

Good morning ladies!

I have been give a free photobooth to use for our wedding! I just have to pay for ink and photopaper. I went to a wedding where they had a photobooth and they glue one of the pictures to a paper and write a note/congratulations on it--- use it as a guestbook.

I'm having trouble making this really work. I don't have an attendant so I need to clearly communicate what to do. Any good ideas that won't be too complicated?

The only thing I can think of right now is draw the corners of where the photo should be glued on so they aren't all over the place. Do I have them put the scrapbook paper into the plastic page protectors, or do I do that afterwards on my own? I can't wrap my mind around it all!

Sure but it doesn't let them know to write a note or anything.

Put this on a table next to the booth with the book open.

I think leaving pens or markers on the table with the book should give people the hint as well.

    Another idea:

    Step on in

    And don’t be lazy.

    Be sure to grin

    And act a little crazy.

    Wait for the flash

    Then take a little look.

    Make a mad dash

    To our guest book.

    It’s not a long trip

    And it’s not that hard.

    Paste your photo strip

    And fill out a card.

A little note and your name

Are all you need to write.

We are so glad you came

    Enjoy the night.

Hi! I am also do a photobooth and for my book, I bought a cute scrapbook and scrapbook paper, I am leaving all the paper out of the book, the book will be on the table with a framed note that tells them to glue the photo on any piece of paper. you could definately cut out rectangles and glue them down to paper so people will glue the photos onto those and they wont be all over the place.

This is how I did mine, my photobooth is upstairs, and i didnt want my guestbook up there because i have alot of older guests who will probably not go up there, so the pink one, (Hopefully you can read it the pic is not the best) will go by the guestbook. The white one will go on the photobooth table.

You got a Photo Booth but whereever you got it doesn't provide an attendant? Most companies around here would send someone to man the booth (run the software and such) and to handle problems. Also, they would send someone to protect their equipment. I'm not saying that your guests would damage it, but it's a safety precaution.

We had a thread up the other day abotu a bride who put the corner adhesives on the page so that they could put the photo in there and left a message next to it.. MAybe have some close friends or the wedding party go first so there are some examples to follow.

    It says:

    From each of your experiences

    comes a very treasured gift

    A special piece of knowledge

    we didnt know exists

Please share with us your wisdom,

    about marriage,love and life

How to be a loving husband

    or a perfect wife.

Please write your hopes and wishes

to share with us for life.

For the greatest gift of all

is the gift of your advice.

I thought it was cute, a little cheesy maybe, but I really want people to add a little something besides just signing it! Then I added to attach their photos also if they used the photobooth.
