Oh, I think I would agree with that, Kristen. Like the photobooths you would find at an arcade? I would go crazy for it.

I think they are little over done, but the one think I like is that it captures a moment that the photographer will miss, or groups that want a photo together but you cant really pull aside the photographer for a photo.

I do think they're a new reception staple but I didn't want one for ours. I've had fun with them at friend's weddings, but I don't find them necessary. I think they can be a bit of a distraction. My MIL, who wasn't too opinionated in general, wasn't happy with this decision.

In, fun and interactive. Can get an actual one with photo strips or do an artist or a homemade one like the picture! Guests can keep one for memory and B+G can keep one of each as the guestbook. Can be double wammy

In! I want to do a bit of a twist on it and have a Polaroid station. I would love to make a scrapbook for my wedding and have people’s Polaroid pics! I am a sucker for the Polaroid appearance. We’ll easily be able to put the guests name under them in the photo!

I think these are in... I had to opt out of mine due to budget constraints, but I think it’s a fun thing to have and a great way to keep guests that don’t dance entertained. Plus, it doubles up as a party favor if you get the flip photo books, etc...

That'll be cute, Anastasia!! Are you going to have a little how to instruction thing? Your older guests will probably remember, but anyone under the age of 20 might be a little confused.

Yes I will be! I’m going to do another thing on this ‘in or out’ list, actually. I’m going to have a chalkboard sign with instructions!

Staple. People love them. I had one at a grad party 5 years ago and we got one for our wedding.

In, photo booths encourage your guests to be themselves, to have fun, and to make memories. Photo booths are the new wedding staple.
