Hi, I’m getting married June 30, 2020 it’s a Tuesday and it’s a very simple morning ceremony at the Hilton Beach resort. Might have 10 -15 people total. I’m looking for a photographer who would do about 1-1/2 of work . Small package. I was originally thinking of not having one but now as a photographer myself I thinking i want some professional shots of us. Any suggestions that will not break the bank? Most photographers start packages $1500 or more... Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Hi Lisamarie! I think it's worth reaching out to photographers even if they only list their big 8+ hr packages with the details about your ceremony! I'd lead with the date, time, and desired hours of coverage in your initial outreach, I bet you'll get some good responses!

I'm happy you decided to get a photographer, it's literally one of the biggest days of your life, the least you deserve is a good photographer. If you're on a budget I recommend searching for photographers in training and that want to build up your reseme. I recommend reaching out to a couple of college students that are budding photographers, look at their work, and ask them if they'd be interested in photographing your wedding. While some may do it for free, I urge you to pay for their time.
