Give her a few days to get back to you. If it makes you feel more prepared, in the interim, you could reach out to a few photographers in your area for package pricing/date availability.

Agreed. Definitely keep calm. This is probably more terrifying than the reality actually will be, so breathe I do think it couldn't hurt to at least search for a backup plan as well - maybe not reach out quite yet, but have a few in mind to contact just in case something bad happens. Give it a few days, and if you don't hear back, then reach out to a few of them. Let them know about your situation and have some direction planned out.

My wedding photographer is AliNicole Photography (very reasonably priced from Charlotte and she travels). Our videographer is Drake Imaging from Columbia. Also very reasonable. And if you don’t use him directly, he may be able to point you in the direction of photographers that he’s worked alongside (he’s very nice and I’m sure wouldn’t have a problem helping).

And apparently there was another older one, which I didn’t see previously. I feel dumb. I think I’ll be trying to figure out another option.

I went through something similar with my photographer that I have already fired. After payment she stopped responding she never even responded if my wedding date and time was available just told to look at her schedule and select if available which I did. I waited a few days and my day and time still showing available. She wouldn't respond to Facebook, email, calls, texts anything. My mom just so happened to have a Florida number and I called her and she answered after ignoring me for almost 2 months. I pretended to be someone else at first then told her who I was and that I needed a refund or I was reporting her for fraud and she sent my money back. I'm afraid to even trust another photographer so I don't know what we will do for pictures.
