The best thing to do would be to look at the online reviews of photographers in your area (on wedding wire and the knot, as well as other sites) and check out their online portfolios, then schedule appointments with the ones you are interested in. If you know people who recently got married, you can ask for recommendations from them (this is how we found our photographer).


This is a public forum with people from multiple countries, so it would be difficult for us to give you specific vendors, as we may be in an entirely different state/country from your location.

When you start calling photographers you can ask them that, our photographer is awesome - we made a list and showed him pinterest ideas and he adjusted them. They turned out better than we wanted! Best of luck planning!

I would recommend a face-to-face meeting with a few photographers that pique your interest, that way you can brainstorm ideas with them and see if they're a good match
