Photographer/videographer Questions

-How many pictures can I expect to receive?

-What format will I receive the pictures in? (Digital download, printed copies, hard drive with them all saved, etc)

-How long after the wedding can I expect to receive the final images?

-Do you stand in one place during the ceremony, or do you move around to get multiple angles?

-Have you photographed a wedding at my venue before? (If so, also ask to see a full album of a wedding they photographed at your venue. If they haven't, ask to see a full album from a different venue.)

-Do you include a second shooter?

-What types of poses do you setup? Do you incorporate the scenery into the pose?

-Will I receive any sneak peeks of the images before I get the full album?

-Do you have any preferred videographers that you recommend?

Questions to ask videographers:

-How long after the wedding can I expect to receive the video?

-What format will the final product be in? (Digital download, saved on a hard drive, DVD, etc)

-Do I have the rights to share the video on social media?

-If the format is a DVD, am I allowed to make copies? Or do I need to purchase copies through your company?

-Do you setup any posed scenes? Or only capture completely candid footage?

-Is the raw footage included in the package?

-If I needed an extra hour day-of, what would the cost be?

-How do you coordinate with the photographer to ensure neither of you is in the other one's way?

-Do you have any preferred photographers that you recommend?

-For the music in the video, do I get to choose the songs? Or do you choose?

In addition to the above I also asked:

- What is your COVID policy?

- Do you have an insurance policy?

- Do you have experience working with videographers (for photographers)?

- How would you describe your shooting style?
