Photography Timing Help

For my wedding, we are using YellowPaddle photography and we got the 1.5 photography pack. And for the first, whole day photographer I am thinking of saying that she should come in at 7 am because that’s when we get the venue (7am-4pm). But I don’t know when to have the shorter day person come in.
Any suggestions? I’ll also take suggestions on the first photographers time too..
(I am having a brunch wedding, ceremony is at 9:30am, I know it’s early.) Thank you.
