I love this! I am really into synchronicity and
numerology. It was important to me that we try our best to get married on an "8 day" due to the symbolic meaning (unity, eternity). After doing the math on a few diff sites we finally settled on 4.16.2022 which was most favorable and also on the night of a full moon.

We kept our original date of 10.06. That was also the date that he proposed and the date that we got married Smiley heart

I could be on point and say it was mainly out of the venue’s availability 😂 However, we like to think it’s more because October 23rd is the day after my fiancé’s birthday. My parents were the same way; my dad’s birthday is July 26th, and he and my mom got married on the 27th. My family has this unofficial tradition where someone gets married close to one or the other’s birthday. For example, my brother-in-law’s birthday is May 22nd, and he and my sister got married the 28th. My other sister and her husband got married October 11th, and their (yes, as in they have the same) birthday is the 15th. My fiancé and I also love fall and always wanted a fall wedding but originally signed up for a spring one out of convenience.

We got engaged in February 2020 (right before COVID!). My FH wanted numbers that would be easy to remember or that meant something to him. I wanted a winter wedding so we have an excuse to take a vacation somewhere sunnier when the long winter months are getting to be too much. My FH realized 2/22/22 was a 2's day on a Tuesday and insisted that was our day. I pointed out it was also exactly 2 years from the day he proposed to me.

I mainly chose the date. We both knew we wanted colder weather and we both love fall. So we knew October was perfect. It's definitely both of our favorite month.

When we met it was an 8th (2/8) and we definitely became an item (3/8) [we both stop going online dating site] I told him 8/8 I loved him. This was all in 2014. 2019 he proposed on 2/8 so we got married 8/8/20. Our party because of COVID is now this Saturday 8 months after getting married. Very ironic but it seemed like 8 was our lucky number.

I wanted a spring wedding during a less busy time at my job and he wanted it during crawfish season so we ended up with April 23rd.

We decided on July 1st 2022, I worked for the school system so summer is ideal for me and we wanted a Friday wedding! We looked at availability and love the date!

One of the venues we looked at said 10/10/20 was booked out 3 years in advance. Apparently it was a popular day because none of the venues had it available (didn't matter to us, but we thought it was interesting).

I decided mine by my favorite season and the full moon. So we got Srptember 19th, 21. The full-on will be on our honeymoon night under the stars on the beach. Please getting married under the full moon has been lucky for years now.

My wedding date is 2/4/22. I chose this date because my grandparents were married 2/4/55 and my parents were married 2/4/77. All on a Fridays 💕

Our original date was his grandparents anniversary... our new date is the day before his birthday.
