Picture Transportation

We are trying to book wedding transportation (preferably a party bus) for pictures only in Chicago. I’m running into the issue where it’s a 3-4 hour minimum, and we only need 1.5-2. Has anyone run into this issue and found a way around it? Or did you just suck it up and pay for it? I don’t want to resort to going too cheap because that makes me nervous with the reviews I see, and getting a bunch of Uber’s I’m afraid will waste too much time waiting for the cars to pick us up.
