Pigeon Forge vs The Poconos!

FH and I have been thinking about our honeymoon lately. At first we were thinking of staying in a cabin in Pigeon Forge TN. Today I was looking at the Poconos in PA. Did anyone go there? Do they prefer one or the other? What resort did you stay at in the Poconos? Any other advice is appreciated!...

    If you do go to the Poconos area...make sure you check out Bushkill Falls. Beautiful waterfall!

    I live in the Poconos. I honestly don't think there is much to do unless you ski or like to gamble. Though Skytop Lodge is nice.

    Thanks so much ladies for the recommendations and votes. FH hasn't really said what he prefers. There are some really nice honeymoon cabins in Gatlinburg I have been looking at. So who knows what we are doing!

    Pigeon Forge is great. I came here on vacation several years ago and loved it so much I moved here.
