Pillow costs

For all of my registry items that I wasn't sure about (vacuum, immersion blender, sound bar), I looked up reviews and consumer blogs that talked about the different options. Then, I made my decision on which I would purchase for myself. Some of them (like the vacuum and sound bar) were on the higher cost of things, but they were important enough to me that if they weren't purchased, I would still go out and purchase them myself. So, I would research the pillow type and register for whichever gets the best ratings that is at a price you'd be happy to pay for yourself. That way, if it's not purchased, you can still get a new pillow (and can potentially use a registry completion discount to help you out).

I recently bought Parachute extra firm pillows and they’re amazinggggg. Very pricey but all good pillows are and these are truly exceptional.

Are you able to visit stores in person to see what is available? Otherwise read reviews online and take them with a grain of salt. I love the cooling gel pillows. Costco has awesome ones but not sure if you can register there.

I have pillows from The Upside of Down. Love them not sure on the price. They ones we have would not be considered flat starting out. After about a year they've flattend out

I found some amazing pillows at Ross for $14.95 to $19.99 for a two-pack in size King. Sealy, Tommy Hilfiger, all the nice brands. Granted, you can't add them to your registry, but I love a good bargain!
