Place of birth error on marriage certificate

I am in Florida and the place of birth on my marriage certificate is wrong, I know I need to petition the court to amend but I am having the most difficult time finding an amendment form.

Did you try and contact the office that you applied for you marriage license at? I know each state is a little different so I'm not sure how florida is but that is where I would start

I did which is the Collier Clerk of Courts and they informed me of the necessary petition
