Places to Elope in Texas Hill Country

Halie, on June 19, 2020 at 9:47 PM Posted in Texas Planning 0 2

Hey Ya'll!

Where do you recommend eloping in the Texas Hill Country? It won't be a true elopement.... our immediate family is invited as well! We have had such a rough time finding a venue for such a small crowd! We were so hopeful to be getting married on a riverboat in Austin, but found out the company has zero back-up plan in case of bad weather. Do we chance the weather or start the search all over again?

What about the riverboats with indoor or covered options? My 10 year HS reunion used Austin Party Cruises and it was really nice. The upstairs was uncovered and downstairs was where We had the bar and food (and AC!) http://www.austinpartycruises.com/

There are BnBs in Fredericksburg and Boerne that have elopement packages. The Lakehouse Bed and Breakfast at Canyon Lake is another alternative that has an all inclusive room package.

Hi Halie! How many guests will you have?

Paniolo Ranch has elopement packages and there are a lot of small chapels in the area that can accommodate around 30 people like Lincoln Chapel, Chapel in the Oaks, and Chapel Dulcinea!
