Hello,
I live in Atlanta and I am planning a beach wedding in Miami. Is Doubletree Ocean Spa and Resort a good venue? How is this hotel for weddings?

I live in Tampa Bay but that overall is usually a good hotel brand. Have you checked reviews via insta or maybe the vendor tab here?

Yes I did put a deposit down. I just wanted to hear from someone else that had their wedding there. Maybe I’m overreacting.

Well are the reviews common? Also, people react differently to situations so maybe what made one person unhappy wouldn't bother you. I assume the deposit is not refundable. I think it's fair to speak to the wedding planner there and express the complaints to try and avoid.
