My fiancé and I are planning a destination wedding in Jamaica for December 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ll be arriving by cruise ship, and we’ve secured an amazing venue for our beachside ceremony. While we’re thrilled about the adventure, I’m definitely feeling the stress of organizing all the logistics from afar. 😅
I’d love to hear from any of you who’ve planned (or are planning) destination weddings. What are some of the key things I should be thinking about to make the process smoother? Any advice for keeping the guests informed and on track with travel plans? And what about managing vendors remotely—how do you handle communication and expectations when you're not there in person?
