We are buying all the booze for our venue, has anyone used a good app or website to help figure how much we need to purchase?

We also purchased our alcohol from a store that accepted returns (Total Wine) - highly recommend!

BevMo.com has an online calculator. Talk to your VIPs to see what they drink. Every crowd is different so there is no magic formula. One group may prefer beer/wine only and another group wouldn’t drink those if that was all that was available and prefer other drinks instead such as whiskey, rum, margaritas, etc. which are really not that much more expensive.
