Ladies I’ve found the spot to have our vow renewal. And next step is finding my dress. I plan to go in February of 2022 because our vow renewal is in November of 2023. Is that to early? If I find the one should I buy it in case it’s not there if i was go to back? I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress I’ve found a few online at places just want to make sure it’s not to early to get it when I go look.

I bought my dress a year and a half ahead, even before securing a venue because I fell in love with one that was being sold out of stock. There's no harm in buying early! You just have to resist altering too far ahead!

Also, my understanding is that salons cycle out their dresses on a predictable basis, usually based on the bridal fashion "season" in Spring, so you could ask the salon when they tend to start selling their dresses out of stock, to make sure you have room to breath/ time it right.

Thank you. I’ve been looking online for the right one. But from what I’ve been told is they mark a lot of their dresses down during winter so I’m hoping I can find the perfect one. I’ve been looking and believe I have just have to wait to see. I was so worried it would be too soon but I’d rather get it and have it then go and not find one

That's exactly how it worked out for me. I found my dress online in January and didn't go into the salon until early March. My dress was originally listed for $2500 and I got it for $600, but I also got the last one of my size in the country, so I wouldn't suggest cutting it that close!
