Plastic Drinkware

Lauren, on May 30, 2024 at 12:25 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 3

We are providing all the glassware for the bartending service. We decided on plastic because we don't want broken glass/accidents as we've seen at weddings we've attended and with 175 guests, it's just easier.

My question is what size for drinkware? 9 oz? 12 oz? Just curious what other people have gone with!

Thank you Smiley smile

12 oz is standard. What are you serving? Why is the bartender not advising you on sizes to get?

Thank you! We’re doing wine, mixed drinks and beer. I emailed my bartending company, but was already on this website too and know that everyone is quick to respond so I figured I’d pose the question here as well 😊

12 ounces is standard for water, soda, beer, and mixed drinks. 5 ounces is a standard wine pour. 2 oz for an alcoholic beverage just on the rocks (i.e., scotch on the rocks, whiskey on the rocks, etc.)
