Plated or Buffet?

Buffet! H and I both prefer buffet to plated (for different reasons haha). Plated is very uncommon in our area. I've never been a wedding with a plated meal.

Plated. I’ve never been a big fan of buffets at weddings. I did however attend a family style dinner at a wedding and that was nice but my FH and I prefer plated.

I always envisioned a buffet because I am a fan of variety but my fiance HATES food waste and buffets. Buffets are definitely guilty of food waste. So we opted for a plated dinner. however ours is a ten course family style
